I’m Jeffrey McNulty, and I’m asking for your vote for Monroe Township Fire District 1 Fire Commissioner. I served our community as a firefighter at Station 51 in Fire District 1 for 7 years, and I’ve seen firsthand what residents and our volunteers need to stay ready, safe, and supported. I’m running because I care deeply about this community and I believe leadership should be transparent, practical, and resident-first. This site makes it easy to learn what a Fire Commissioner does, what I’ll focus on if elected, and to check whether your address is in the district—plus you can sign up for text reminders so you don’t miss election updates. If you live in District 1, I’d be honored to earn your vote.

What a Fire Commissioner Does
A Fire Commissioner helps run the business side of the fire district—budgeting, planning equipment and station needs, approving spending, and holding public meetings so residents can see where money goes. Good oversight means safer service and fewer surprises.
